Contributing here is on my list to do before the end of 2018 – I’m cutting it fine – but I wanted to write a bit from the viewpoint of a Fest first timer. I had been aware of ZoeFest for several years, admiring the images produced and dreaming of one day being able to…
One of the reasons (there are many) I just keep coming back to Australia are these vast long empty spaces where you can work with literally no one around. And if they’re around THEY DON’T CARE. The complete opposite of America. Enjoy some images Carly and I made on one of the 1000’s of beaches…
Chey and I spent a lot of time making Polaroids and when we were through with that we tempted fate at these locations. One was a random house not belonging to any of us. shh. Chey’s pose on that tree makes me happy we dared it all. And the clouds of course. Thanks for watching….
When models all get the same dress and they look like they have started a cult images like these happen. ha The last shoot of the fest was a fun one, dodging mosquitos especially. Now to start editing negatives! 🙂
The water looks like mercury to me. Shiny, metallic, a sort of glow. Cheyanne did great! This was a spontaneous night shoot and I’m so glad it happened. Ethereal water dreams …. Maybe I’ll spend the whole retreat in the water this year. hmm.
Tara and I have known each other since about 2004 and it’s always great to add some finesse to our body of work together. I love to work with a model over an extended period of time and be able to create new looks and new ideas. I look forward to continuing on that path….
Thanks for coming to Australia, E!
Not bad for a 10 minute shoot. I thought there was a croc around every bend in the river yet it was just my imagination. The sun was going down as we were trying to balance ourselves on these swift little rapids. Thanks for dragging me out there Carly!
Water, Brooke, Shapes, poses, an ode to the Daintree… Brooke truly is one of the best figure models and it’s always a joy to work with her. These two images caught me back in my Game of Thrones fandom where Arya Stark was training to become a faceless man at the House of…
I had so much fun working with Chey. She’s hilarious and kept me giggling. She was the perfect addition to the Aussies I keep collecting. It’s a hobby. But most of all, I’m really happy with the work we did. I hope you like the images too.
ART doesn't make itself
