The morning sun didn’t quite reach the deck at Tanglewood but for about 10 minutes each morning it would bounce off the windows to light it. Minh Ly and I used that ‘window of opportunity’. There was also a wonderful frosted window upstairs (where I spent far too much time shooting through) as well as a spectacular front door. The quirky lighting upstairs lent itself to a shoot at midnight. My image metadata tells me it was shot at 1:30am but that couldn’t possibly be true!
