These were so hard to edit. Almost each one was qualifying and my eyes crossed in the attempt to narrow it down. Ella’s posing was pretty much dictated by the waves coming in and going out. It was a serious blend with the natural environment and she was so zen about it even when the…
Steph and I were in contact before the ‘fest, disucssing ideas. I wanted to try something dainty, with dried clay on the body. We played with magnolias, lace, and my favourite gold backdrop in natural light. This is my first image processed from the series. Hats off to Steph for smiling through the clay application,…
Tara might be the luckiest person ever at an op shop…$9 for perfect patent thigh high boots, in exactly her size. How could we not shoot with them + the bunny mask she also bought? Copyright: Carol Humber Photography 2019 Model: Tara Tree (Star Dot Nude)

The horses were so beautiful and well-behaved, it was a wonderful afternoon. I also think Tara talked their handler into being a model in…

Another morning, another dawn shoot. This time I had the pleasure of following Lucy ArtModel around and filming some BTS footage while she was being photographed by Mal on yet another gorgeous day in Noosa.
It was a morning of beautiful light and shadow with Minh-Ly in the zone. ©Carson Zullinger 2018
I feel like Ella and I embarked on 2 shoots instead of one shoot because of the difference in the images. So here is part 1 with Part 2 coming soon… I just love an empty beach. And those hair reflections!
Brooke and I shot for a couple hours inside Tanglewood and on the deck, interrupted only by a coffee run, using various combinations of film (thanks Zoe), digital, a Lensbaby & other lenses, silhouettes and frosted glass.
The garden around Tanglewood was a gorgeously lush tropical rainforest. Thank you Eva for braving the mosquitoes one early evening.
